One on One Coaching

 You started this business so you could be your own boss, shape your own destiny and create a world in which your services were needed by others. You have high hopes and aspirations but may be feeling a little stuck or stagnant. Don’t worry, that’s a natural part of being an entrepreneur so long as you figure out a way to get “unstuck.” One on one coaching is a great way to get out of the quicksand and back on track.  

You don’t have to go at it alone anymore as we work together you will be able gain clarity and see progress as we map out your goals. Together we can help you to make better decisions and create the opportunities you’ve wanted all along. 

This coaching program is meant for the business owner who is ready to make some changes and ready to do the work to make their business succeed. This requires a 3 month minimum commitment as no lasting change happens over night. 

This program is not designed to be a “quick fix” though you should start to see improvements and results in the short term. The goal of this program is to give you lasting tools and consistent results that can be measured over time. These tools will help you set a greater foundation for yourself and your business.

What you can expect from the coaching program: 

• Weekly 90 minute sessions 
• You can email me at any time and as frequently as you would like
• An in-depth question and answer process for me to fully understand you and your business to ensure this dynamic is the right fit. I don’t work with people who are not ready nor will I take on a project that I don’t believe I will be bring absolute value to. 
• Intake and goal setting: Upon acceptance and commitment into the coaching program I will conduct an intake interview and assessment. This is a thorough review of where your business is at in this exact moment. We will discuss wins and challenges you’ve had thus far. This intake is where I will gain a full understanding of your goals moving forward. 
• After our intake I deep dive into your social and web presence as well as research your competitors. I take into consideration all of the information from our intake meeting to design your roadmap to success. 
• Each week will bring new goals and milestones. These goals will be structured around our intake meeting, my research and your desired outcome. 
• Data, data, data, we track everything! Your sales, customers, likes, your website views, all of it. Over the duration of time we spend together we will track our progress each week.
