It’s highly suggested that you invest in a 3-month minimum timeframe. During this time you will be given lasting tools and consistent results that can be measured over time. You'll benefit from non-judgmental reflections and assessments, drawing from my own experience as a proven leader, so you can trust that the guidance you receive is practical, actionable, and grounded in real-world expertise.

  • Communication supported Monday - Friday via Email and/or Voxer

What you can expect: 

  • A comprehensive intake interview and assessment to review the goals you want to achieve throughout this process

  • Throughout the process, we will assess your strengths and weaknesses and break barriers to greatly improve on those weaknesses 

  • Structured goals and milestones, designed specifically for you, based on our intake meeting and desired outcomes

  • Weekly 90-minute sessions in which we will: discuss your progress while examining hurdles and wins

  • Accountability follow-ups and check-ins between sessions 

  • Each week a portion of the session will be dedicated to mindset, your beliefs surrounding leadership and ensuring you are fully supported.
