Alexis is an excellent leader, role model, and perfectionist of organized effort in collaboration with team members. Her obsession to accomplish a mission is inspiring. Alexis explains every step towards achieving a goal very thorough. She leaves room to motivate team members to ask questions and also to input their own ideas in reaching the finish line towards a job at hand. Alexis is very detailed with her process of maximizing team members roles with the continuing effort of employees growth as part of the plan. Alexis checks in with team members frequently to update them with expectations the company has plus seeking out new goals that the employee may have within the business. It’s a constant whirlwind in her mind with the constant drive that Alexis has for herself and her team members. Personally, she has helped me revive my fire with being a manager and has helped me grow towards becoming a better leader and much better at organization. She has took time out of her personal life to check in on me and my progress and is always there whenever I needed a second opinion. I’m always appreciative of her and know her talent, experience and skill set will only help to create and grow future management and leadership roles!

Alexis is exceptionally skilled in listening to and understanding our needs. Her expertise in the service industry is unparalleled. We had the pleasure of working with her in the opening and training of management for a new bar/restaurant. Alexis worked with us from day 1 of construction up until a few month after opening. That probably saved us about a year and a half of delays while we learned from our own mistakes. I can't imagine where we would be without her.

I was surprised how much I enjoyed my Management and Leadership Training with Alexis. I realize these are skills applicable to life altogether, not just my current position. The knowledge that I gained will be used in many areas of my life and in my own business.

Alexis is patient, professional, focused, sharp-minded and very knowledgeable. She has an innate ability to break down information so that it was digestible for everyone in our group. She went above and beyond to make sure we are making the most of this training and offered one-on-one time to help unpack topics that showed challenging. I really did enjoy her teaching style, the presentations and the overall format of the program. I'm excited for the next set of trainees I our company, because work will get so much easier when more people hone the ability to show up and be a good leader. I would definitely recommend this training to anyone, wether you work for yourself or are a part of a team.

Alexis has an ample amount of energy and positivity. Her contagious energy has a way to keep her staff constantly moving and happy to be doing it.

I worked under Alexis for 2 years starting out as her bartender then her bar manager. I learned an incredible amount from her. I was a sponge trying to soak up everything I could and execute it with perfection. I never wanted to disappoint her because I could tell she wanted me to succeed, that it wasn’t about her looking good. If I or the bar ever needed help, she was the first one to jump right in, as dishwasher, barback or even janitor. Watching her be so hands on made you want to work hard for her. She was always planning ways to create more business and events for the bar and staff. I never worked for a bar that had events every three months. Her drive to push herself for the business was non stop.

I use skills that Alexis taught me just about everyday. How to approach staff, how to handle guests, conduct an interview (which I was beyond terrible at), plan and execute an event and to always try and figure out the problem before calling a repair man.

My favorite quote from Alexis and her way of getting everyone’s head in the game…. “Let’s party people!!!”

The course came at a very important time as I hadn't yet worked as a captain so I felt safer and more prepared. Thank you Alexis for all your dedication not only during this period but always.

Alexis is an incredibly passionate person who tackles everything head on. When it comes to her management, she shows up and puts in the hours, often being the first there or last out. She is determined, goal oriented, and fiercely works to get those goals accomplished. She has a knack for numbers and a business mind. Alexis gets it done!
